Issue: Trouble alarm at 12:00 and 12:30 AM.

Cause:  The fire alarm sends an "it's ok" signal over the phone line to the alarm people.  The phone line doesn't work all the time, the signal doesn't go out, the alarm goes off.

Apparently Kevin had a qualified guy come out like a year or more ago and address the issue, it worked for a while.  It's a problem a majority of the week now though.  Also apparently Quest came out and laughed in our face when we asked them if they could fix it a year plus ago.
